FULL PRICED PURCHASES

We know that you'll love your STEVE MADDEN purchase - but if something isn’t quite right, we've got you covered! We offer $5 returns* within 30 days on all full priced orders made online.

To initiate your online return, please contact us at info@stevemadden.com.au. Items must be unworn and in original condition, with tags, packaging and box included. There must be no damage or signs of wear, such as sole markings or scratches. Once we receive your return, our Quality Check Team will access and process your refund within 1-7 business days. Refunds are made to the original method of payment and can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account. Any shipping costs will not be refunded. *Please note purchases made online, must be returned to online. Online returns will not be accepted in stores.

SALE AND PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES

To return your sale or promotional purchase, please email us at info@stevemadden.com.au. Refunds are strictly not provided on sale or promotional purchases. Store credit will be provided in the form of a digital gift card, valid for online purchases for 12 months. All return postage costs on sale items will be at the customer's expense. Any items received that do not meet the above criteria will not be processed for store credit. Once we receive your return, our Quality Check Team will access and process your store credit within 1-7 business days. STEVE MADDEN is not responsible for loss of store credit vouchers. 

*Promotional purchases include any order made with a code or under a limited time offer. This includes, but is not limited to, discount codes, Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Gift With Purchase, Spend & Save and Second Pair Half Price offers.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned for refunds or store credit. Final Sale items will be clearly displayed on the product page.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be fulfilled for online returns. Due to the high demand of STEVE MADDEN products, we do not offer exchanges for online purchases, as there is no guarantee we will have your preferred choice in stock. We suggest that you return your purchase and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

STEVE MADDEN reserves the right to repair or replace items deemed faulty. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you have purchased an item online and believe your item is faulty please contact our Customer Service Team on info@stevemadden.com.au. Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure faults in materials or workmanship are communicated within a reasonable timeframe. General wear and tear or misadventure is not covered. If you purchased a product in-store, please bring your item to one of our STEVE MADDEN Store Locations.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Full priced items purchased in-store can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days with your proof of purchase. Simply return your item to any full price STEVE MADDEN retail store in Australia to receive a refund or exchange. Items must meet the requirements as stated above. Refunds are made to the original method of payment and can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account. Please note that we cannot accept returns for in-store purchases online, and vice versa.

WARRANTY

Steve Madden watches have a 2 year warranty against all material or workmanship defects, to the purchase holder. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and abuse, and excludes batteries, crystal, case, strap, or bracelet.In the event of a defect or malfunction of the movement within the warranty period it will be repaired at our option. No additional charge will be made unless additional servicing is necessary for reasons beyond our control, such as accident, misuse, neglect or replacmenet of parts not warranted is required, such as batteries, crystal, case, strap, or bracelet. If this occurs, a moderate charge will be made. 
The aforementioned remedy is exclusive, STEVE MADDEN AU is not liable for any incidental or consquential damage. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which may vary from country to country.
