When will my order be dispatched?

At Steve Madden, we process your orders within 1-3 business days, excluding carrier timeframes. Dispatch may be subject to delays during high volume periods.

Can I cancel my order?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery takes 2-7 business days for standard shipping, depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $99 Australia-wide.

RETURNS

Can I return a sale or promotional item?

Sale and promotional items can only be returned for store credit, provided they are in original condition.

What is your return policy?

Items must be unworn and in original condition, with tags, packaging, and box included. Returns are subject to a $5 handling fee.

What payment methods are accepted online?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, ZipPay, and Afterpay.

Can E-Gift Cards issued online be used in-store?

Yes, online Gift Cards can be redeemed in-store or online.

How do I know what shoe size to purchase?

View our size chart on our website. Steve Madden shoes follow US sizing, which aligns with AU sizing.

What if a product goes out of stock?

Contact Customer Care to check if the product will be restocked.
