    At Steve Madden, we make every effort to ensure your purchases get to you as quickly as possible so you can start wearing, and 'gramming them sooner. We endeavour to process your orders within 1-3 business days, excluding carrier timeframes. 

    Please see below for our delivery options and timeframes. 

    Standard Shipping
    Please allow 2-7 business days from the date of dispatch for metro regions. 
    Please allow 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch for country regions, and SA & WA metro regions.
    Express Shipping
    Please allow 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch for metro regions.
    Please allow 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch for country regions, and SA & WA metro regions.

    Please note: Deliveries may be subject to delays due to increased order volume during key trading periods and promotions.

    Yes, we do. We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $25 Australia-wide. 

    We also have the option for Express Shipping upgrade Australia-wide for $10 on any order. 

    Once your order has been packed by our warehouse team, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on the delivery. 

    *Tracking to appear on the Australia Post website once the parcel has been collected from our warehouse and scanned at an Australia Post Depot. This usually occurs after 7pm on the day of dispatch.

    If the order hasn't been dispatched, we may be able to have your delivery address updated. However, we will need to know within an hour of the order being placed.

    Please contact our Customer Care team at info@stevemadden.com.au with your order number and the correct address and we will do our best to update this for you.

    Due to the fast turnaround time for our orders, we cannot guarantee that we can update the address on an order already placed and/or shipped.

    If your delivery has passed the estimated delivery time frame as displayed on the Australia Post tracking, please reach out to our Customer Care team with your order number at info@stevemadden.com.au and we will submit an enquiry with our courier on your behalf. 

    Please note Australia Post investigations can take up to 10 business days to be resolved. We will work with you closely throughout this period. 

    Yes! We ship to both PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Always double-check that your address is entered correctly at check-out.

    Oh no! Don't worry, we will re-ship your Maddens as soon as possible. An order may be returned to the sender due to the incorrect shipping address, a failed delivery attempt or a missed collection from the Post Office.

    Once this parcel has been received by our warehouse, our Customer Service team will notify you via email to confirm the correct delivery address and arrange to have it re-shipped.

    Please note: orders that are returned to sender will incur a charge of $10 to have the parcel re-shipped. Our SM Customer Care team will reach out with an invoice to be paid online.

    Yes, all deliveries require a signature on delivery unless you specifically request no signature upon delivery via the Australia Post tracking.

    We recommend always signing for your parcels and not authorising Australia Post to leave your parcel. Please note: Steve Madden is not responsible for any stolen or missing packages if the customer has advised Australia Post to leave the parcel without signature on delivery.
