We know that you are going to love your Steve Madden purchase, but if for any reason something isn’t quite right we have you covered. We offer you easy, FREE returns* with ParcelPoint.
For online orders simply clickHEREto book your return within 30 days of receipt and drop off at one of the 1400 trusted Parcel Point collection centres at a time that is convenient for you. Tracking is included for peace of mind.
Items must be unworn and in its original condition, with tags, packaging and box where applicable and no sole markings or scratches. Once we receive your return, our QC team will access and process your refund within 3 business days. *Returns not accepted on clearance merchandise/mark downs. Any returns received that do not meet the above criteria will not be processed for a refund. Customer will be responsible for the cost of the return and the re-delivery fee to receive their goods back.
Please note that refunds are made to the original method of payment and can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account. Any orders sent back that do not meet the above criteria or follow this process will not be eligible for a refund. Madden reserves the right to repair or replace items deemed faulty.
