Note: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure postal details are correct. If you are not available to accept the parcel it will be delivered to your nearest postal facility. It is the customers responsibility to arrange collection within 10 working days. Redelivery of order will be charged at the customers expense.
Full Priced Items
We know that you are going to love your Steve Madden purchase, but if for any reason something isn’t quite right we have you covered. We offer you free returns* within 30 days on all full priced orders.
To start your return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items must be unworn and in its original condition, with tags, packaging and box where applicable and no sole markings or scratches. Once we receive your return, our QC team will access and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are made to the original method of payment and can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refunds are strictly not provided on sale merchandise. Store credit will be provided in the form of a digital gift card, valid for online purchases for 12 months. All return postage costs on sale items will be at customer expense. Any sale item returns received that do not meet the above criteria will not be processed for store credit.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned for store credit. Final Sale items will be clearly displayed on the product page.
Exchanges cannot be fulfilled for online returns. Due to the high demand of Steve Madden products we do not offer an exchange for online purchases as there is no guarantee we will have your preferred choice in stock. We suggest you return your purchase and place a new order.
Madden reserves the right to repair or replace items deemed faulty.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
